CHRIS BERRY - The Writer
Chris has been a writer all his life. Writing, singing and performing are his passions. His professional writing career began over 20 years ago and today he is a freelance feature writer for a number of publications including the Yorkshire Post.

Chris writes every week in two of the main sections of the Yorkshire Post – Country Week and the Yorkshire Post Magazine.
His writing career has seen him interview leading politicians, musicians, performers and sportsmen and women, as well as covering major issues such as Foot & Mouth Disease.
Chris has written about rural, farming and countryside personalities for over two decades and combines his love for music and singing with his writing through THE SINGING FARMERS who have raised and continue to raise tens of thousands of pounds for charity.
He was also responsible for the popular magazines FARMING IN YORKSHIRE and FARMING IN THE NORTH as editor/publisher for 17 years.

Chris also writes occasional feature stories for the weekly national publication FARMERS GUARDIAN and bi-monthly magazine FARMERS MART.
